Reflective account form and guidance- for practising writing a reflective account Peer discussion We would encourage pharmacy professionals to reflect on their experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic and/or the ways in which they considered equality, diversity, and inclusion in their practice when completing their reflective account, although this is not essential. These standards will remain in place until 31 December 2024, so you should continue to use these standards for your reflective account until further notice.
